No washer, nor dryer. Laundry is one block away.
No garage. You can rent one in the same building from other propietors, very inexpensive (around S/.120 month)
No bed sheets, nor blankes, nor towels. I know you like them new.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: one (1) year in advance (no negotiable), 2 months of damage refundable deposit. In total: 14 months in cash.
