Packaging Multinational is looking for a top-caliber dynamic individual to fill in a high-level challeging position in our rapidly-expanding organization.

The duties and responsibilities of the position are:

Directing, controllind and managing the production process, including sourcing and procurement of material and human resources, maintenance and technical services required to produce the product per standard and customer specifications.

Develop, implement and improve production methods to ensure product quality, process efficiency, eliminate waste and optimize cost.

Contribute to product development, improvement and innovation.

Upkeep of production facilities, machines and equipments.

Ensure safe, healthy and environmentally-sound manufacturing environment.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
University degree in engineering or equivalent.
10 yaers experience in plant, process or manufacturing operations especially in a packaging and/or converting enviroment, with at least 3 years in a senior or management position.
Must speak and write Spanish and English, other languages a definite plus.
